First time students must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Be prepared to work hard and sweat. The room is heated to 105 degrees. Women and Men prefer to wear loose fit, light weight athletic clothing that they would feel comfortable wearing for an extensive long distance run. Classes are 90 minutes. Feel free to bring water and a large towel. In case you forget to bring supplies, we also sell water and rent towels. We advise no food 2 hours prior to a class.
